This page describes the information Small Wins uses to operate the public site and its private review workflow.
Public-site analytics
On the production site, Vercel Web Analytics measures page views on public pages so Small Wins can understand aggregate site usage. The analytics component is not loaded in local development or preview deployments. Public route paths are eligible by route shape; private review and API paths are excluded. Before a page view is sent, the visited page URL is reduced to the site origin and pathname: query strings and fragments are removed, and malformed or unrecognized paths are discarded. This URL filtering applies to the page being viewed; Vercel may separately process referrer information under its documented analytics behavior. Vercel describes its analytics as cookieless and uses a rotating, daily visitor hash; reports may include page paths, referrers, device/browser details, and approximate geography. On the Hobby plan, analytics reports are available for a one-month reporting window; this describes dashboard availability, not a promise about data retention. These reports are estimates, not verified purchases, exact unique-person counts, or conversion claims. Small Wins does not send retailer-link clicks or feedback votes through this analytics integration.
What we do not ask for
The public site does not ask for an account, advertising profile, persistent visitor identifier, or payment details. Public feedback controls are paused while the site runs without a dedicated feedback database.
Technical operation and external links
The hosting provider may process network information required to serve pages, prevent abuse, and keep the service running. Vercel Web Analytics is the site analytics provider; see the Vercel Web Analytics privacy policy for details about its processing. Small Wins does not add advertising cookies or use analytics cookies. Ordinary retailer links take you to a third party whose privacy, cookies, and checkout practices are governed by that destination. If a future approved affiliate relationship uses an affiliate parameter or deep link, that relationship will be disclosed on the Affiliate Disclosure page and near the link.
Contact form submissions
If you use the Contact form, Small Wins receives the name you choose to provide, your email address, the selected category, an optional page URL, and your message. We use that information to reply or review a correction, rights concern, partnership question, or other editorial note. Delivery is handled through Resend; the service is not described as absolutely confidential, and no retention period is promised here.
Private review area
The owner-only review area is separate from public browsing and may be unavailable on the Vercel-hosted public site while catalog decisions are managed offline.
